It’s hard not to get excited at the sight of a beautifully prepared vegan blueberry cheesecake. It’s harder to get excited about making one. But this recipe is so fast and easy you can prepare it in about 35 minutes. After that you just need to let it chill before serving.
Imagine rich sweet blueberries in a blueberry sauce perched on top of a vegan cheesecake filling. All of this glorious flavor is perched on top of a hard crushed cookies with just the right amount of mouth watering flavor. And when your teeth sink into this sinfully delicious vegan dessert your mind will instantly start screaming for more. So be warned. Eat at your own risk!
