I never met anyone who doesn’t love cheesecake! That’s why we are always looking for new vegan cheesecake recipes. We are definitely adding this vegan pumpkin cheesecake to our list of favorites.

We have post some pretty amazing vegan cheesecake recipes in the past. Like this Mixed Berry Cheesecake recipe. Or this Peanut Butter Cup Cheesecake recipe. But this is the fist time we have ever posted a cheesecake recipe that was based on pumpkin. And based on how amazing this one is we should have thought of it sooner. Much sooner!
