I love the fall air and the beginning of the holiday season. It means good food and family times are here again. I’ve been looking for awesome vegan Halloween recipes and I found another one I want to share. This is a personal size vegan jack o’ lantern cake!
You could make these as full size cakes too I suppose but I think they are much more cute and yummy in the personal size. There are so many ways to use them like this. As desserts after dinner, for parties and even treats for the kids in your neighborhood. Of course my favorite use for them is my own personal enjoyment. Hey, I love food.
