Breakfasts are the most important meal of the day because, by the name itself, breaking the fast. Our bodies have been dormant for the last six or eight hours, without any food or water, which is why it is important to replenish the nutrients in the body so that it can work throughout the day. Although there are people who do not eat breakfast because preparing one is time-consuming, I tell you, you should make time for this early morning meal.


I have a friend who always skip breakfast; to be exact, she only ate a small bowl of cereal with some milk every morning and there was one time, she suddenly fainted in the middle of the class! We were not doing any strenuous activity; we were only listening to the lecture of our professor when she suddenly passed out. When my friend was finally back to her senses, we just laughed at the matter. However, if she suddenly passed out while crossing the road or while travelling, it would have been more perilous and no longer a laughing matter.


I need to stress the importance of breakfast that’s why I have come up with this vegan breakfast list so that it would be easier on your part to eat breakfast. Have a hearty meal!

The Incredible Vegan Frittata


Behold! A vegan masterpiece! No, I am not exaggerating; this beautiful frittata/quiche has been a while in the making and after many attempts I have finally formulated the perfect recipe! The vegetables can be shuffled around a bit, for example – potatoes are really good in this and any green leafy vegetable or member of the squash family would work also. Instead of using normal pastry for a crust, I used brown rice which tastes divine, is way healthier and makes this dish gluten-free if you use tamari instead of soy sauce.
